Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1 working day after order confirmation
  • Dispatch: Monday to Saturday (no Sunday dispatch)
  • Total delivery time: 4–6 working days from order placement

  • JazzCash — pay via mobile wallet

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • SMS with tracking number
  • Email confirmation with courier details
  • WhatsApp message with live tracking link

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. After 12 hours, cancellation is at our discretion based on order processing status.

After Dispatch

Important: Orders cannot be cancelled once handed to courier for delivery. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing.

If you refuse the COD delivery without a valid reason (such as damage or wrong product), future orders may require advance payment.

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If you are not available:

  • Coordinate with the courier rider for a convenient time
  • Provide an alternate contact number if possible
  • Pickup from courier office if delivery fails

Late Delivery

If your order takes more than 7 working days from dispatch, contact us immediately at +92 300 0930910 with your tracking number. We will investigate with the courier and update you within 24 hours.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please switch to the Return Policy tab for the full process.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. For overseas or bulk international purchases, contact us at amorganicsmtn@gmail.com.

Return Eligibility

Damaged or Wrong Product

Eligible for full refund or replacement if:

  • Product arrives damaged, broken, or leaking
  • You received the wrong product or wrong size
  • Seal is broken before delivery
  • Bottle is significantly less filled than stated volume

Allergic Reaction

Case-by-case review for refund or replacement if you experience an allergic reaction. Stop use immediately and contact us with photos within 48 hours.

Change of Mind

Important: Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the seal is broken. Sealed and unused products can be returned within 7 days at the customer's expense.

Return Process

To request a return or refund, follow these steps:

Reach out via WhatsApp at +92 300 0930910 or email amorganicsmtn@gmail.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Send photos and a short video
Send clear photos and a 10–20 second video showing the damage or issue. Include the bottle, label, packaging, and any leaks visible.

Keep the original packaging
Do not discard the bottle, box, or courier bag. We may need to inspect them or arrange courier pickup. This is required for verification.

Verification within 24 hours
Our team will review your case within 24 hours during business hours. We may ask follow-up questions or request additional photos.

Resolution
Based on verification, we will arrange either a free replacement (sent within 1–2 working days) or a full refund (processed within 3–5 working days).

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed via the original payment method or your preferred channel:

  • COD orders: Refund via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer
  • JazzCash/Easypaisa: Refund to the same wallet
  • Card payments: Refund to original card (5–7 working days)
  • Bank transfer: Refund to your bank account

What is NOT Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used products (except damaged/wrong items)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)
  • Free gifts or promotional items

Refund Timeline

  • Verification: Within 24 hours of receiving your photos/video
  • Replacement dispatch: Within 1–2 working days after approval
  • Replacement delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch
  • Refund processing: 3–5 working days to your account

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Inspect the package before signing for COD delivery
  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
  • Keep all original packaging until issue is resolved
